How much is shipping?
Our shipping is base on weight (actual shipping costs). Just add what you want to the Shopping Cart and the total with shipping is displayed in the first page. Simple as that! (Go ahead and do it even if you want to order by phone.)
How do you ship?
We ship via Priority Mail (or sometimes via UPS ground). Your order should arrive in 4 to 8 days.
Do you ship foreign orders?
Sorry, but no. We currently only ship to the USA. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, we can not ship anywhere else. Please, do not force an order through the cart if you are outside of the USA. Your card will be charged and we will not be able to credit the full amount back when we cancel your order, to cover fees and such.
Do you ship to APOs?
Yes. But an additional $7 charge will be added to your shipping cost on the LAST step of the checkout process to cover the higher postage (UPS will not ship to an APO) and additional handling of filling out customs forms.
PS Please do not select 2-day or Overnite during the checkout. We don't offer that to APOs and will actually slow your order.
Do you offer Express delivery?
Yes we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air (no Saturday Delivery) to continental USA only. If you are in HI, AK, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or otherwise outside of the continental USA, please do not select 2-day or Overnite during the checkout as it will actually slow your order. Warning: UPS is not perfect. Some overnite or two day packages do not arrive in time. And if it is weather related they will not refund for the delay, nor can we. We can not be held responsible for delayed packages if it is the carrier's fault, nor can we send replacements at our expense.
