Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, simply send it back - in the original condition - within 30 days for a refund.
Please include the receipt (or a copy) for a prompt refund.
Sorry, we can't refund the shipping costs.
Feel free to call us toll-free with any questions you have before your order (sizes etc.) and we'll help you get it right the first time.
Please note that our FREE shipping offer is "with purchase." Should you need to return all or part of a $100 order, the appropriate shipping will be deducted from your refund. Thanks.
If there is an error in your order, please call us at 1-800-340-8838 during business hours and we'll correct the problem as soon as possible. Should we ask you to return the wrong item, we'll credit your card for the shipping incurred to send it back to us. Reasonable return costs only, no express services will be credited. Nor can we send the replacement via express services.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Include a copy of the receipt (or the original), your name, date of purchase, and the reason for the return.
Merchandise must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit.
Rewards Points
If you use the rewards points credit from returned item(s) on a subsequent order, that amount will deducted from your credit card refund and returned to your Rewards Points account.
All sales become final after 30 days.
Any items returned after 30 days may be returned to you and/or subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
